MICHAEL A. D’AQUANNI, ESQ.

Michael A. D’Aquanni specializes in defense of public entities and employment discrimination matters. He has represented municipalities in defense of all claims typically brought against public entities, whether arising under Title 59, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, as well as claims arising under Title VII, the NJLAD, CEPA, or the New Jersey Constitution.  Mr. D’Aquanni is defense counsel to various municipalities, insurance funds and county agencies throughout the state. He has also successfully represented individuals in various employment matters against some of the largest employers in New Jersey. He has appeared before the Superior Court of New Jersey, United States District Court, Appellate Division, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the EEOC, and the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights.

HEATHER FAY, ESQ.

Heather Fay specializes in public sector labor and employment law and litigation. Ms. Fay has extensive experience in both the Federal and State Courts, as well as before the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law.  In her career, she has represented both public and private sector clients before the EEOC, Department of Labor and other state agencies. Ms. Fay specializes in prosecution of whistleblower and employment discrimination claims, as well as defense of municipalities, with an emphasis on claims arising under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and the New Jersey Constitution, as well as labor and employment issues.
